Wildfire Eden Prairie Offers a Unique Wine Dinner Experience Featuring Duroc Compart Pork and Pinot Noir   Eden Prairie , Minn. – Pork and pinot lovers will be treated to a four course meal and wine pairing, all for $55 a person at Wildfire Eden Prairie’s upcoming summer wine dinner on Friday, June 26.   Executive Chef Tom Gladbach is teaming up with local, family-owned Compart Family Farms to create the evening’s menu.  Compart Duroc pork is known for its superior tenderness and natural juiciness.  Compared to other pork, Compart Duroc has more marbling and a higher pH, without injecting or pumping – a flavor difference guests are sure to notice.    Gladbach’s four course meal will feature bacon wrapped lobster and shrimp skewers, wood roasted pork tenderloin and braised pork shank

Rathbun’s Original Menu Art to be Released

The first ten will go up for auction on this Sunday. For Rathbun’s five-year birthday party, Kevin Rathbun is debuting his artist side with his introduction of his personal collection of “Original Menu Art” that he drew between May, 2004 and May, 2005 at Rathbun’s. Kevin has listed the value of these original drawings at $100.00 each however, he mentions, that one recently sold at the Beastly Feast Auction for over $150.00.
