Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) needs the public’s help to identify and locate a suspect or suspects who fatally shot 27-year-old Luis Pozos a resident of Los Angeles. Early this morning officers from the LAPD Wilshire Area responded to a shooting call at the 1700 block of South Longwood Avenue and found Pozos lying on the curb next to a vehicle.
