Thanks, Grandpa.

Once again we saw how important team diversity is, as the winning team definitely won by kicking ass in the Round 7 featuring grandpa music. Maybe you should invite your grandpa out more often with your friends, eh? Sure, he’ll drink too much, start telling stories about the greatest generation and getting a little touchy with the ladies, but hey, do you want to take home first place or not

Cafe Nunez – Spanish and Caribbean Bar, Restaurant Club Garment District NY

Cafe Nunez – Spanish and Caribbean Bar, Restaurant Club Garment District NY 240 W 35th St (between 7th Ave & 8th Ave) Manhattan, NY 10001 (212) 564-7444 cafenunez.com/ Just started a new job recently down in the garment district. I’m missing the access to Ma Peche and the famous halal cart on 53rd (and all my friends at msft of course), but so far lots of great places to check out down here and mostly at a fraction of the prices of Midtown. Last week, one of my coworkers who happens to be Puerto Rican took us out to Cafe Nunez on 35th St.

Shitshow Nominations: From the tipline: "The tables at…

From the tipline : “The tables at the Bar section of DBGB : no reservation, first come first serve…so when it’s crazy busy you literally need to stand up by a table, wait for the customers to finish and jump on the table before others do. The result is an incredible tension between customers that ruins the whole experience.” [Eater Tipline]
